It's so easy to get up and running with your first Windows Phone app!  Just pick up the FREE toolkit from Microsoft, register at AppHub, and start checking out some fundamental tutorials.
The Nokia Developer ( Resource Information ) now includes a Tool “Bubble Level Silverlight v1.0” which demonstrates the use of accelerometer sensors to calculate the inclination of the device.

This application was originally implemented with Qt Quick and then ported to Windows Phone.

The App is hosted in the Nokia Developer Project . You can find more documentation , revisions and contribute to the project from the above example.
